Asia Paint Multi-Functional High Elastic
Coating is the classic product of Asia Paint paint. This product is a water-borne
acrylic elastic coating synthesized by Asia Paint Paint Research and
Development Center using bridging technology. Its elastic coating has the
core-shell effect of light curing. It is a high elastic coating with many
functions such as high elasticity, pollution resistance, waterproof,
moisture-proof, mildew-proof and durability.
Typical Features
It has excellent dirt-resistance and low
temperature elasticity.
Main Application
The northern area where serious cracks occur due to frost heaving. New walls that are prone to occur more serious cracks, or old walls with more serious cracks.
Performance Features
1. The elongation of the coating is more than 480%. It can bridge the cracks on the wall, prevent rainwater from entering the wall from the cracks, and achieve an aesthetic effect of the overall wall and the function to prevent the carbonation of the concrete structure.
2. The unique low temperature elastic function enables the coating to effectively cover the cracks caused by the wall frost heave and provide the whole season protection for buildings in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
3. The dense molecular structure on the surface of the coating can effectively block water, but allow a small amount of water vapor to enter and exit, which plays a waterproof and breathable role.
4.With the core-shell effect of light-curing film reaction, a dense and tough anti-pollution layer is formed on the surface of the film, which completely overcomes the shortcomings of traditional elastic coatings such as easy-to-pollution and short service time.
5. Adding
special antibacterial agents can prevent the growth of mould and microorganisms
